"Had them move an ac unit so we could do landscaping, couldn’t be more seamless! Andover Minnesota AC Unit"

"Jeremy added in direct transfers, additional supply vents and returns in our basement. He walked through what they needed to do prior to and once completed. They put down tarps and were thoughtful about not tracking in mud and cleaned up once they completed the job. Great communication by this company-I would highly recommend them!"

"Furnace at our old house needed repair due to a defective heat exchanger, and I invited 3 vendors for estimates. Top-Tier Heating & Air Conditioning estimate was the best. It’ not only the estimate it’s the conversation I had with Jermey and how he educated me about the repair. His crew members were very courteous and listened to all things which needed to go along with repair. Excellent service! When an integral person runs a business it’s easy to hire him and his crew. Thank you!"

"Jeremy came to my house outside of regular hours when my AC stopped running. He quickly diagnosed my issue and had replacement parts needed with him to repair my system on site. Additionally, he pointed out some things I needed to look out for and suggested maintenance. When I said I’d do the maintenance on my own, he left me some spare parts he had with him that saved me a trip to the store. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Top Tier HVAC."

"Jeremy was amazingly responsive and got out AC running same day! Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy two comfortable nights rest compared to the next company we had lined up. The guys that came to do the job were friendly and hard working. They explained everything they were doing during the process and after. They tucked the lines out of the way and made it look seamless and clean. After we had a small connection issue but Jeremy came out right away on a Saturday afternoon to fix the problem. It was a simple fix however the service that he and his team give with anything they do, goes above and beyond. I really appreciate this company. We will be using them for years to come for our heating and cooling issues."

Top-Tier responded quickly, and within just a few days they had a new system installed and running perfectly. The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. "⭐️ High-End Daikin System Done Right – Highly Recommend Jeremy & Top Tier From the very first call, Jeremy (the owner) was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We got multiple quotes from companies around Blaine and Anoka, and Top Tier stood out by far. Their proposal was the most detailed, offered the best equipment options, and was very reasonably priced for the level of quality. We went with a top-of-the-line system: a Daikin 98% efficient modulating furnace, a high-efficiency Minnesota-rated Energy Star heat pump, and a Daikin One smart thermostat we can control from anywhere. Everything was clearly explained so we knew exactly what we were getting. A huge bonus—all three units qualified for local utility rebates, and we’re able to take advantage of a 45% winter electric discount, which not every system qualifies for (definitely something to pay attention to when comparing quotes). The install itself was extremely clean and well done. You can tell the team takes pride in their work. They also added a return and supply to our basement, which made a big difference in comfort. The system runs incredibly quiet—we can barely hear it. If you’re looking for high-end equipment, real efficiency, and a company that does things right the first time, I highly recommend calling Top Tier and asking for Jeremy. "Top Tier Heating and Air Conditioning provided excellent service! They were able to get to us quickly when our air conditioning stopped working on the first hot weekend of the year, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. We really appreciated the fast response and quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!"

"Friendly & professional. Got the job done!"

"Professional and friendly throughout the process. Good prices, great service."

"Top-Tier Heating & Air Conditioning is a wonderful company to work with and I would recommend them for your heating and AC needs! They were flexible to fit into my construction schedule and the job was done well! Thank you Jeremy, Gabrielle and Dakota! Cindy K."

"Richard and Nate, from Top-Tier Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our 32 year old furnace today in record time, and were so personable and efficient!! We couldn't be happier to have air conditioning again!! The fan had finally gone out in the old furnace, and waiting for a replacement fan was going to be 7 to 10 days. We're elderly and have health issues, so are very thankful to have this done! The furnace was on it's last leg anyway and had far outlived it's 20 year life expectancy! We were without air for 5 days in high heat and humidity, and were miserable all week! So Thankful to them for doing a wonderful and efficient job, especially because it's going to be even hotter for the next few days!"

"HIGHLY recommend! Friendly, professional and straightforward work ethic. We had an issue in our gym with an old commercial furnace in a "not so workable" part of the building which needed to be fixed ASAP. They were out to our location within an hour. They improvised and made the "not so workable" location of the furnace workable. AND they took extra steps in order to make sure their work was done correctly and efficiently. 5/5 Stars!!"

"These guys live up to their name- Top-Tier! They are quick to reply, super knowledgeable and have fast turn around time. Whether it be repairs, new units or maintenance, Jeremy and his team have been reliable in all business that we have ever done with them."

"Installed my new heating system with ease, no mess! Very professional!"

"I don’t really write review but I can say that they’re awesome and friendly they show up on time as they said, and fix the problem I will highly recommend"

"We had our furnace and ac replaced. They did an excellent job!!! I am very happy with the work. 👍🏼"

"Thank you to Jeremy Pogorelce of Top Tier Heating & air conditioning for being such a wonderful human being. On one of the hottest days of the year 6-22-25 I called them in a panic to leave a message to see when they could come out & hopefully fix my air conditioner & Jeremy actually answered the phone around 11:00 am or 11:15 am while finishing up a job he was on! He said he was willing to come to Fridley to look at my air conditioner to see if he could fix it as soon as he finished up his present job & would 12:30 am work for me? Of course I was amazed & happy & said yes! He was here at 12:30 am & started checking things out. Wires were frade & sparked he had already put in 2 new fuses but when it sparked it blew the 2 new ones. He found the crankcase heater on compressor & wires to be bad & removed it. Also got the air conditioner going for me & so far working well 2-23-25. He gave me a military discount. I felt the cost was fair especially with everything considered. Wonderful, professional & caring. Would recommend him to everyone. Just need to finish our talk about whether or not crankcase heater on the compressor really needs to be replaced or not so need to call. Thank you again Jeremy 🥹🙏👍😃"

"Our AC wasn't pushing air like it used to. It's over 20yrs old and Jeremy could have easily said "you need a new one" and been done. He took the time to check to AC unit itself, cleaned it up, and didn't pressure us to do anything more. The AC is back to working and when it comes time to get a new system...it'll be Top Tier."

"Nate and Andrew did a great job installing our new furnace"

"Top Tier truly lived up to their name today! Their team is prompt, reliable, and goes above and beyond. A huge thank you to Jeremy and Cody for ensuring our family stays cool and comfortable. Highly recommend their exceptional service!"

"It does not get any better than the service Top Tier provides. I had a problem on a Sunday evening with 90+ temps outside, Jeremy came out diagnosed the problem with the ac quickly as a bad capacitor just by listening to it (shows his expertise) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t bother with other companies, call Top Tier first. Thank you thank you!!!"

"Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and can identify issues and concerns quickly. He does a great and thorough job and also works quickly and efficiently. He’s out here to do honest business with integrity. Highly recommend Top Tier! As a community we need more companies like this, that truly want what’s best for the consumer."

"Was happy with the quick install of air conditioner"

"These guys are definitely Top Tier! They arrived a few minutes early which was amazing right off the bat. The estimate process was easy and they answered all our questions. "Jeremy and Gab are among the best in the business."

"The 2 dudes that came were kind and helpful !!!"

"I work with Jeremy and his team at Top Tier Heating on a regular basis, and I’m always impressed. Great communication, fair pricing, and you can tell they understand the world of HVAC. I’ll continue working with them in the future without hesitation."

"Richard, Gab and Matt did a great job installing a new furnace, central air, and water heater. They were efficient and friendly, and left our home neat. We'd definitely call them should we need more work done. Thanks!"

"Gabriel and Andrew installed a new energy efficient furnace. They did a great job, we totally recommend them."

"Very professional and friendly. Explained what they were doing and why. We were Very happy with their service."

"Outstanding service!!!! Fast!!!! Only number I'll need Thanks again !"

"I very much appreciated their timeliness and efficiency. Thank you so much for fixing our AC so we can be more comfortable!"

"Had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by Top-Tier. Team of two men did a great job. Kept us informed during the replacement that at certain times the smoke alarm may trigger and to not worry, which it did. Task was done in a neat and orderly fashion. When completed, we were walked through with instructions on how to operate the new system. Great customer care."

"Our A/C went out at 6PM on a Saturday night. They answered the call right away and sent someone over. Jeremy was super polite and friendly and got us cool in no time at all! Highly recommend to all!"

"We had a great experience with Top-Tier! During these first hot days of the season, we discovered our A/C wasn't working. We called Top-Tier first thing the next morning and a service tech was out within 90 minutes to fix the issue. Top-Tier offers outstanding customer service and excellent communication. The technician kept us informed every step of the way and was very professional. We would highly recommend Top-Tier to anyone with HVAC needs!"

"Had my HVAC system replaced by Jeremy. Timely response for quotes. He was able to schedule installation fairly quick. He and his assistant arrived on time on day of installation. Everything was installed according to plan. He explained the new thermostat and some other venting that needed to be placed due to switching to 97% efficiency furnace. Very friendly and easy to work with. Reasonably priced. Would recommend."

"Good very professional. Did a very good job. Friendly installers."

"Right on-time, courteous & informative, they got the job done in a timely fashion. The two individuals who came to install our new furnace & central air did a great job. We are now ready to finish our summer, even if August is extra hot and we will be ready for a chilly winter. Thank you Top-Tier Heating & Air Conditioning, for helping us to be prepared!"

"I had an exceptional experience with Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning! When my HVAC stopped working, they promptly responded on the same day I contacted them. Shane's expertise and efficiency in diagnosing the issue were remarkable. He provided me with a quick and competitive quote for a new system, and their generous warranty gave me peace of mind. I greatly appreciated Shane's patience in allowing me time to review the details and get back to him. On the day of installation, they arrived punctually first thing in the morning, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. What impressed me the most was their outstanding availability and flexibility. Unlike other companies, I didn't have to wait for weeks to get the installation done. In addition, they put down their own sheets/ carpeting around my house on the areas they were walking on so they didn’t dirty my floors. No company has ever done this and I always end up having to mop after lol. This level of service truly sets them apart. I am delighted with their service and would wholeheartedly recommend Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone in need of HVAC assistance. Thank you for a job well done!"

"5 stars quick and easy"

"Had my entire HVAC system replaced with Trane equipment yesterday by Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeremy, the owner, was great to work with and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I have allergies, so air quality was a big priority for me. Jeremy installed an AprilAire filter system along with an iWave-C air purifier. He explained how both would help reduce allergens and improve the air in my home. It’s only been a day, but I can already feel the difference-my breathing is easier and the air just feels cleaner. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and treated my home with care. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through my new system before they left, ensuring I understood how to use and maintain the new system before they left. The workmanship is excellent-everything looks clean, solid and well done. My system is running perfectly and I am so thrilled with the comfort difference within hours. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality work with honest communication and follow through. If you’re looking for honest, skilled HVAC professionals, I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Highly recommended Jeremy and his team at Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning."

"Everyone was very professional and nice."

"I was tripping breakers with my AC all week. Every day I tried something new until Top Tier came on a Friday at 4pm and diagnosed a hard start issue within 5 minutes.... hard start and capacitor swapped with 15 minutes and I was up and running.... Fast service, great service front a local company.... cant beat it."

"Dereck was great! He and his assistant did an job!"

"I had a new furnace and AC installed. They were very professional and helpful in answering all my questions."

"The guys did a great job ! Very expedient and professional. It’s nice to have new AC ! Thanks guys!"

"Sean & team were very professional. Prompt, fast & clean. Very good pricing too. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!"

"Shane from Top Tier was great, would, and will use this company again. Great company"

"Super impressed with the service we received. Very fast, good price, and friendly service people. I definitely will be using Top-Tier as my go-to HVAC service going forward."

"We had a consultation for a furnace and central air and Top Tier had openings and came the next business day. Their team arrived actually a little earlier that morning, got to work right away and had the job done by later afternoon. Richard and his coworker (tall skinny dude with glasses) were friendly, hard working and did a fantastic job. A few days later we had questions about the central air as we weren’t able to turn it on during installation because it was too cold and I’m assuming the owner of the company picked up the phone right away, talked to me and said he would come out to our house that night if needed, if the air wasn’t working but it sure was :) . The following morning he sent a technician over as there was some water leaking due to a minor mishap with the pump. Technician fixed it immediately, everything works great! Aside from the little mishap- the company worked fast and closely with us to get the issue resolved immediately! 10/10 recommend."

"Efficient, thorough and on time. Talked with me through the whole process and I would recommend if you need a/c installed."

"My AC stopped working in the hottest day of the year, of course. An hour later and it was fixed! A quick phone call and Jeremy was at the house to fix it at 1am. Experience was quick, professional, and fairly priced."

"Had a great experience with this company. Fast and friendly service calls to assist with AC unit not functioning and in the end I replaced both systems (AC and furnace). Service tech laid out all my options with estimated costs and I decided to replace. They were able to to schedule a replacement in just 2 business days following my decision and my brand new system is up and running great. Talked with 4 different people total and all provided the family - ma and pa shop - type of customer service that is hard to find these days. Prices seemed very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this company and crew!"

"These guys are top notch, on time giving updates on their arrival time Had tools out and working within a few min of getting here Very professional I highly recommend."

"About 2 weeks ago, my very old and outdated AC unit decided it was time for it to be decommissioned. Over the past few years, I have had several different HVAC companies service my unit and replace countless parts, totalling several thousands of dollars over the last 6 years. Unfortunately for me and my family, the temperature outside was just under 100°. Inside my house, my thermostat (which was also in need of being replaced) showed the temperature inside my house was 81°. I called Top Tier and spoke with Jeremy, who was able to fit me into his schedule the same day AND within two hours, he arrived at my home, diagnosed the issue and found that my AC unit was not the right size for my home's square footage and was in absolute dire need of being replaced. Jeremy picked up the necessary parts and equipment and had my brand new high efficiency AC unit replaced by 2pm and my house was back to 70° before I knew it. I have always felt like I was being taken advantage of by tradesmen and repairmen, however, Jeremy was extremely down to earth, honest and polite. He understood the need for my family to be comfortable and ensured all of my questions were answered. I feared that I would need to obtain a loan to pay for the typically costly repair, but the cost was far more fair than I anticipated, plus I was able to finance through Top Tier directly. I should also note that Jeremy included and installed a free smart thermostat that I can control from my phone and is connected to my homes Wifi! I have been raving about the exceptional service I received from this family oriented company and cannot recommend them enough."

"Thu guys at top tier were so professional! Got the job done well and we’re so efficient. I felt that their prices were fair (:"

"Installed A/C and furnace for us in October 2022. Fantastic experience and fair pricing! Highly recommend!"

"Very friendly and informative"

"Installing a new central AC was a great experience with this company. They answered any questions, and did their work professionally. They even went extra mile and fixed my blocked faucet in the mechanical room, and connected the disconnected duct of the unit (which was not part of their work !). They also made sure the new AC runs perfectly and added more refrigerant when they found it is low without extra cost ! I just want to say: Thank you so much for your hard and professional work and great friendly customer service."

"Just a nice guy, courteous, clean and explained things very clearly."

"Trustworthy and Reliable I wouldn't call anyone else to address my air conditioning and heating needs! Top Tier service from Top Tier Heating and Air Conditioning!"

"These guys are the best. Gab, my technician was polite, clean, professional, and answered all my stupid questions. Great guy. The best I've ever had in my home."

"Great customer service and quality work. They have helped us out several times over the years. They are always reliable. I highly recommend."

"Gab did a fantastic job replacing our furnace! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Great service. Professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend."

"Just had Top Tier out to fix our furnace! Loved having a knowledgeable tech that worked quick to get our heat back on! Thank you so much for your help!!!"

"I would highly recommend Shane from Top Tier. They were very responsive and professional. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They have very fair pricing and do not try to upsell you on unnecessary items. Our air conditioner was not working properly and they gave us options to chose from and their opinion on what they thought would be the most cost efficient option. We had a new unit installed within one day. We asked if it could be installed same day and he asked if we could wait one more day as ours was limping along enough to keep us somewhat cool and other people he was working with had no air and would like to get theirs up and running. I actually thought that was pretty awesome he prioritized those in need of it more as we were in the midst of a string of 90+ degree days. I highly recommend Top Tier!"

"Everything went perfect. Answered all my questions!! Very easy to deal with."

"Very friendly, polite and thorough."

"I had a fantastic experience with the Top-Tier team during the replacement of my central air conditioning system. They sent out a two-person crew who completed the job efficiently and with great professionalism. Their cleanup was so thorough, it was hard to tell they had even been there. I was also able to continue working in the background without any disruption. I highly recommend this company and would gladly use their services again."

"Top Tier came out on a holiday to fix my furnace that wasn’t working properly. Solved the issue for a fair price."

"I use them for all my bathroom remodels they do an excellent job! Here’s the latest one. We did added a couple bath fans and moved the ventilation for this primary suite remodel."

"We had Top Tier come out to inspect our AC unit this summer, and I can't say enough good things about their service. Given that our unit was almost 18 years old, we were prepared for the possibility of needing a replacement. However, what really impressed us was the approach of the Top Tier team. They assessed our situation without any pressure to purchase a new unit, even suggesting some potential fixes to extend the life of our old AC. Ultimately, we opted to replace both our AC and furnace and also decided to install a garage heater while we were at it. The entire process was transparent and stress-free, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I can confidently say that I won’t consider using anyone else for our HVAC needs in the future. If you’re looking for honest advice and reliable service, Top Tier is the way to go! Highly recommend!"

"Great service from Jeremy who figured out what was wrong with my furnace when it went out. I called another company to take a look at it first and all they tried to do was sell me a new one without even looking to see what was wrong! I really appreciate the honesty, and I'm calling Top Tier first for any heating and air conditioner problems in the future"

"We just put my mother-in-laws home on the market on Monday when the AC stopped working on Tuesday. I called Top Tier and spoke to Shane around 7:30PM. He met my husband at her house at 9:30PM and had the AC up and running in less than an hour and charged a very fair price. Would highly recommend this company for you heating and air conditioning issues."

"Jeremy came out earlier than scheduled which was great because we needed help fast during a hot streak. He cleaned our AC unit and also helped us with the dampers to properly mark them to ensure maximum airflow to upstairs bedrooms. Previous owner had markings on ductwork that were inaccurate, leading to confusion and inefficient cooling of our house."

"Jeremy did a fantastic job. He took the time to come out on mother's day. Found the problem and had my a/c running within a half hour. Great job."

"Honest and reputable company. I wouldn't use anyone else"

"these guys have been a pleasure to work with. We had a furnace replaced on Monday March 25 2024. They were on time kept things tidy and did the work fast and efficient. We had a rattleing noise after the install and they came out and fixed it on a Saturday 5 days later. Thanks Shane and Jeremy. Bart and Kelly"

"Their response time was outstanding and they were very professional. Their technical expertise was clear and the price was fair. Gab and Jeremy did very well."

"Very nice and efficient crew. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you, Nathan and Ethan!"

"Top-Tier Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Air Conditioner at my house Monday. Very prompt service and the installation went very well."

"Jeremy did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. While outlining what the options and the costs were"

"We had Top Tier replace our decades-old AC when we found out it had a leak. They were great at communicating, fairly priced, and quick!"

"I had, I think his name was Gab or Gabe come take a look at my old broken furnace. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and to my surprise didn't push the sale of new equipment on me. Found out the problem was due to my lack of knowledge of what I should be doing to maintain the furnace. He educated me and even helped me write down the steps of the process I needed to do. Overall, I was impressed by the professionalism and will be choosing Top Tier next time I need any HVAC help."

"Top Tier is an excellent. They were very professional and courteous. On time and very knowledgeable. We have an older furnace and A/C and they were able to take care of the problems. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone and I do!!!!!!"

"We have heat! Thank you for keeping us warm! We needed a new furnace and Gab was professional and friendly. Even when my 3 year old son wanted to watch everything he was doing, he didn't mind. Gab did a great job explaining why we truly needed a new furnace and helped us with the entire process. Will definitely use him and top-teir for all of our future needs."

"I am pleased with my Ac and Furnace install and overall experience! John and Rick were speedy, great service and had exceptional personalities and make this whole experience much better than I expected. We are happy to have cool air again, thanks!"

"It was 2 Am I didn’t AC all day and Jeremy was about to go sleep. I gave him a call and he came in the next 12 - 15 minutes, he fixed my AC in 2 seconds and gave me a good deal. Very humble and kind person I appreciate this service and give it a 20/20 star rating."

"When CenterPoint Energy’s tech said they couldn’t solve my AC glitch, I called Top Tier. They took my description of the problem and photos of the heating & cooling system. They quickly returned a quote and great explanation as to what they would do to fix the problem. They came when they said they would come. They resolved the issue in less than 45 minutes. And in the process they improved my setup by getting rid of an unnecessary and defective control module. Everything works great and I now have the flexibility to upgrade to a wi-fi enabled thermostat anytime I like — no wiring changes necessary. Oh, and I really appreciated their kind attitude and clear explanations. Great team. I’d hire ‘em on the spot for any future heating and AC needs. Thank you Top Tier!"

"Shane and Jeremy helped us with a big kitchen remodel, they were so easy to work with and got everything done in our timeline! They ran a gas line, moved our vents and returns, installed the range hood and came back to help us when things had to change. The first hood came without a functioning blower, and they came back after we got a replacement and installed it without an extra change."

"The cost of a furnace tune up was 30% less expensive with Top-Tier than with the other two places I contacted for a quote. And the service was great! They were really helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I'll turn to Top-Tier for my future HVAC needs!"

"Amazing service! Fast to respond and got our AC fixed within an hour. Would absolutely recommend Jeremy to anyone."

"I left a message for Top Tier that our air went out and was hoping they could come out the same day. Jeremy called me back within half an hour. He was very pleasant on the phone and sounded appreciative that I called Top Tier. That call was in the morning and by 1 PM one of the techs and his apprentice were out to take a look at it. Both techs were also very pleasant and explained exactly what the problem was when they found it. It ended up being a simple fix, but one that we would never have been able to find. Both the service charge and the repair charge were very fair. I would definitely call them again in the future!"

"Very good at what they do. On time and really polite and professional. Nice job boys."

"After calling another “1-hour service” shortly after 5:00 pm on a Wednesday to assess my emergent A/C issue and was told they couldn’t come out until later the next day, I called Top Tier for help. Shane answered my call immediately and offered to come out within 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he arrived at my home and had figured out pretty quickly what the issue was. After an overnight thaw of my iced up unit, he came back the next morning to further confirm his assumptions and provided me all the options. Although I needed the most costly repairs (a whole new unit) he was quick, courteous and gave his professional opinion to help me make the right decision. He was back first thing again the following morning with all parts in hand and crew was prompt with hauling out the old and replacing my new AC and furnace all by 1:00pm Friday. In only two days my house went from 82 degrees and is currently holding steady at 68! Top Tier lives up to their name and Shane is the best there is. Call them!"

"The guys were amazing! Came out on a Saturday night and fixed my AC! They answered all my questions and were very friendly. I highly recommend these guys!"

Truly, top-tier customer service!"

"I would recommend Top Tier for your HVAC needs. Very easy to work with. Responsive and on time."

"Kind of like a shotgun wedding, the immediacy of a new furnace was important but not critical. I forgot about it until I decided to sell my home. My home was starting to show, when I realized ignoring the obvious was a big problem. I called Top-Tier and they came out the next day with two big white vans full of supplies and took care of everything. Thank you for the prompt service and value you provided for me in addition to the successful sale of my home."

"Very professional and curious also very punctual. Definitely a 5 out 5. I certainly would use them again. Very skilled at what they do and keep in contact."

"I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service and the respect that this company showed. It was unbelievable from the minute they walked in the door until the minute the job was done and even more so the respect that they showed myself, my home and even my grandson who unfortunately did bug them a lot but they were nice to him. They were like I said respectful to my home. I couldn't have asked for a better team to come and I appreciate all their hard work and I think that they should be praised and congratulated on a job well done. There were four four guys here and all four of them were very informative. Very helpful. Very courteous and even the salesman whose name is Chad. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the other four gentlemen that were here but Chad who was the salesman. He should also be praised he works for center point. I don't know a few guys can pass that on to him or not but I can't tell you how happy I am with the experience I had with all this situation. After feeling like I was a chicken on a rotisserie for the last 4 days, it was amazing to be able to enjoy my home again thanks to all their hard work"

"Great service tune up for my ac unit. Very satisfied. Will be using Top Tier for future needs."

"Went to fire up the furnace for the first time this year, and had a bad pressure switch. The furnace and AC are original to our house, and 20+ years old. After reading other reviews online, I filled out a service request at 2AM to have someone come out and get a quote. I woke up to a text message from Jeff asking if I was available that day. Jeff came over as soon as he could to provide a quote. He even said they could get it installed as early as next day. We had another company come and give us a quote as well, and we ended up going with Jeff and Top-Tier. We went ahead with their quote early afternoon, and they got us on the schedule next day. Jeff and Richard arrived first thing in the morning, and we had a new furnace and AC within a few hours. They did an outstanding job. I also wanted to take advantage of their cash discount, but wasn't sure I would be able to get cash from the bank on such short notice. Top-Tier was very accommodating, and said I could complete payment once I had the cash. Their main concern was getting a new, working furnace in so my family was warm and comfortable. This is the type of customer service that rarely exists anymore, especially for a company that I have never done business with. They truly care about the customer. I will be going with Top-Tier Heating and AC for all of my HVAC needs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done."

"First off this is not a bullshit fake review. I called Jeremy at around 230pm when other shops were booked out two weeks and he made it out to my house by 3 and had everything diagnosed and fixed by 4pm. Highly recommend."

"I hired Top Tier to replace my 30 year old HVAC system and to see if they could come up with a solution to fix heating distribution problems we were having. They recommended the correct size system for our house then installed it all in a day. Their work is very clean and professional looking. The larger variable speed furnace has made a huge difference in our house so far this fall. I would recommend this company. Very professional, knowledgeable, with quick and clean Craftsmanship. Plus supporting local business is always the best."

"I had my furnace go out when it was singe digits outside and we had called a few different places to get quotes, but everyone was understandably very busy. Top Tier Heating came in with the best price and were able to come the very next day! Gabriel, the technician was very polite when dealing with us and our house. They set down tarps before performing the work and kept my house probably cleaner than it was before they had arrived. The install looked great and he took the time to go over all the different features of the furnace and thermostat as well as explained what type of annual maintenance would be necessary for us to keep our equipment in great shape."

He prioritized my service within less than 48-hour turn around (plus communicated an early availability during the day of which I was grateful for). not only did he repair my AC in less than an hour, he also provided me with simple tips and knowledge to use moving forward.
