On one of the hottest days of the year 6-22-25 I called them in a panic to leave a message to see when they could come out & hopefully fix my air conditioner & Jeremy actually answered the phone around 11:00 am or 11:15 am while finishing up a job he was on! He said he was willing to come to Fridley to look at my air conditioner to see if he could fix it as soon as he finished up his present job & would 12:30 am work for me? Of course I was amazed & happy & said yes! He was here at 12:30 am & started checking things out. Wires were frade & sparked he had already put in 2 new fuses but when it sparked it blew the 2 new ones. He found the crankcase heater on compressor & wires to be bad & removed it. Also got the air conditioner going for me & so far working well 2-23-25. He gave me a military discount. I felt the cost was fair especially with everything considered. Wonderful, professional & caring. Would recommend him to everyone. Just need to finish our talk about whether or not crankcase heater on the compressor really needs to be replaced or not so need to call. Thank you again Jeremy 🥹🙏👍😃"

"Had my entire HVAC system replaced with Trane equipment yesterday by Top Tier Heating & Air Conditioning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jeremy, the owner, was great to work with and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I have allergies, so air quality was a big priority for me. Jeremy installed an AprilAire filter system along with an iWave-C air purifier. He explained how both would help reduce allergens and improve the air in my home. It’s only been a day, but I can already feel the difference-my breathing is easier and the air just feels cleaner. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and treated my home with care. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through my new system before they left, ensuring I understood how to use and maintain the new system before they left. "We had a consultation for a furnace and central air and Top Tier had openings and came the next business day. Their team arrived actually a little earlier that morning, got to work right away and had the job done by later afternoon. Richard and his coworker (tall skinny dude with glasses) were friendly, hard working and did a fantastic job. A few days later we had questions about the central air as we weren’t able to turn it on during installation because it was too cold and I’m assuming the owner of the company picked up the phone right away, talked to me and said he would come out to our house that night if needed, if the air wasn’t working but it sure was :) . The following morning he sent a technician over as there was some water leaking due to a minor mishap with the pump. Technician fixed it immediately, everything works great! "About 2 weeks ago, my very old and outdated AC unit decided it was time for it to be decommissioned. Over the past few years, I have had several different HVAC companies service my unit and replace countless parts, totalling several thousands of dollars over the last 6 years. Unfortunately for me and my family, the temperature outside was just under 100°. Inside my house, my thermostat (which was also in need of being replaced) showed the temperature inside my house was 81°. I called Top Tier and spoke with Jeremy, who was able to fit me into his schedule the same day AND within two hours, he arrived at my home, diagnosed the issue and found that my AC unit was not the right size for my home's square footage and was in absolute dire need of being replaced. Jeremy picked up the necessary parts and equipment and had my brand new high efficiency AC unit replaced by 2pm and my house was back to 70° before I knew it. I have always felt like I was being taken advantage of by tradesmen and repairmen, however, Jeremy was extremely down to earth, honest and polite. He understood the need for my family to be comfortable and ensured all of my questions were answered. I feared that I would need to obtain a loan to pay for the typically costly repair, but the cost was far more fair than I anticipated, plus I was able to finance through Top Tier directly. I should also note that Jeremy included and installed a free smart thermostat that I can control from my phone and is connected to my homes Wifi! I have been raving about the exceptional service I received from this family oriented company and cannot recommend them enough."

They quickly returned a quote and great explanation as to what they would do to fix the problem. They came when they said they would come. They resolved the issue in less than 45 minutes. And in the process they improved my setup by getting rid of an unnecessary and defective control module. "After calling another “1-hour service” shortly after 5:00 pm on a Wednesday to assess my emergent A/C issue and was told they couldn’t come out until later the next day, I called Top Tier for help. Shane answered my call immediately and offered to come out within 30 minutes. 25 minutes later he arrived at my home and had figured out pretty quickly what the issue was. After an overnight thaw of my iced up unit, he came back the next morning to further confirm his assumptions and provided me all the options. Although I needed the most costly repairs (a whole new unit) he was quick, courteous and gave his professional opinion to help me make the right decision. He was back first thing again the following morning with all parts in hand and crew was prompt with hauling out the old and replacing my new AC and furnace all by 1:00pm Friday. "Went to fire up the furnace for the first time this year, and had a bad pressure switch. The furnace and AC are original to our house, and 20+ years old. After reading other reviews online, I filled out a service request at 2AM to have someone come out and get a quote. I woke up to a text message from Jeff asking if I was available that day. Jeff came over as soon as he could to provide a quote. He even said they could get it installed as early as next day. We had another company come and give us a quote as well, and we ended up going with Jeff and Top-Tier. We went ahead with their quote early afternoon, and they got us on the schedule next day.
