"About 2 weeks ago, my very old and outdated AC unit decided it was time for it to be decommissioned. Over the past few years, I have had several different HVAC companies service my unit and replace countless parts, totalling several thousands of dollars over the last 6 years. Unfortunately for me and my family, the temperature outside was just under 100°. Inside my house, my thermostat (which was also in need of being replaced) showed the temperature inside my house was 81°. I called Top Tier and spoke with Jeremy, who was able to fit me into his schedule the same day AND within two hours, he arrived at my home, diagnosed the issue and found that my AC unit was not the right size for my home's square footage and was in absolute dire need of being replaced. Jeremy picked up the necessary parts and equipment and had my brand new high efficiency AC unit replaced by 2pm and my house was back to 70° before I knew it. I have always felt like I was being taken advantage of by tradesmen and repairmen, however, Jeremy was extremely down to earth, honest and polite. He understood the need for my family to be comfortable and ensured all of my questions were answered. I feared that I would need to obtain a loan to pay for the typically costly repair, but the cost was far more fair than I anticipated, plus I was able to finance through Top Tier directly. I should also note that Jeremy included and installed a free smart thermostat that I can control from my phone and is connected to my homes Wifi! I have been raving about the exceptional service I received from this family oriented company and cannot recommend them enough."
